Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and printx-ai for use of printx-ai.com, the printx-ai web application, and our iOS and Android apps (the “Services”). By creating an account or using printx-ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use printx-ai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

printx-ai helps teams capture meetings, generate transcripts and summaries, search knowledge, and follow up on conversations. Features may include live recording, a PrintX Notetaker bot that joins Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams meetings you authorize, document workflows, and paid subscription plans.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that transcripts, summaries, or AI output will be complete, accurate, or error-free. You should review generated content before relying on it.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at support@printx.ai if you believe your account is compromised.

You may close your account as described on our account deletion page.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of law, including recording or privacy laws.
• Record or transcribe meetings without required notice or consent from participants.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts, meetings, or data without authorization.
• Upload malware, scrape the Services in an abusive way, or interfere with our infrastructure.
• Use printx-ai to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Resell the Services or reverse engineer them except as allowed by law.

When you invite PrintX Notetaker, the bot joins as a participant in the host’s Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams meeting. You remain responsible for meeting access, participant consent, and compliance with the policies of those platforms.

Meeting audio, transcripts, and notes belong to you (or your organization) as between you and printx-ai, subject to the license below. You grant printx-ai a limited license to process that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services for you.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Prices, features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the product. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise.

If a payment fails, we may suspend Pro features until the subscription is current. You can manage or cancel a paid plan from account billing settings or by contacting support@printx.ai.

printx-ai, our logos, and the software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our marks except as needed to use the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that meeting capture will succeed on every third-party platform or network condition.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTX-AI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. After termination, provisions that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
